Schedule your next retreat in our beautiful wildlife habitat (maybe the deer will pay you a visit)
Our peaceful setting at 1679 Broadway is five minutes from downtown Ann Arbor next to North Campus and is open for your retreat, meeting, or concert. St. Aidan's Episcopal and Northside Presbyterian Churches share this two-part building as Northside Associated Ministries (NAM), and St. Aidan's is sponsoring the retreat program. Our members spent many hours deciding on an outreach project in keeping with our long activist history, one that would highlight our 5-acre wooded natural habitat and multi-faceted building. Now we want to make our facilities available to other groups for their own memorable events; all are welcome and the building is fully accessible.
Our two sanctuaries, one big and one small, both have organs and pianos for concerts, and the large one adjoins the kitchen for easy meal service. Our Lounge and Library, with kitchenette facilities, are big enough for a crowd but small enough to be friendly--and you can use our computers and WiFi. For years we have hosted an art gallery: plan a show with an opening reception. Finally, the outside is lovely: picnic tables in the front yard, a labyrinth for meditative walking in the parking lot, a balcony overlooking the natural area in back, and two trails running through the woods.
